* Category:		Choices are "highlights" or "instructional". Choose highlights if your movie shows events from a tournament or other competition. Choose instructional if the movie teaches the viewer about a technique or style of martial arts.
* Title:		The title that you want to appear for your movie.
* Source:		This is the "share code" from YouTube. To get this, go to your movie in YouTube, click Share; You'll see a box with some codes in it. Right click on these codes and pick Copy. then come back to this page and paste the codes into this box.
